Requesting Visa Support Letters

We are able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers. For visa support letters, please mail info@ecir2019.org and include the information below:

Name (as it appears on your passport)
Organization/ University
Mailing address (Street name, City, Postal Code, Country)
Authors please may indicate their paper title and paper number.

Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it. All requests are handled in the order they are received. We also advise to check the complete information on VISA requirements on the website of the German Federal Foreign Office.
